A rapper, entrepreneur, and record producer, Dr Dre was born Andre Romelle Young. He was born in Compton, California, on February 18, 1965. He’s also the creator and CEO of Beats Electronics and Aftermath Entertainment.
Dr. Dre frequently visited Eve’s After Dark, a club where he sees several DJs and rappers performing live. He later became a DJ in the club, first going by the moniker “Dr. J,” after Julius Erving, his favourite basketball star.
