Quotes that are often misattributed to Walt Disney

  • “Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever.”

We were unable to find the source of this quote.

  • “You can’t just let nature run wild.”

Often attributed to Walt Disney but the source suggests that this is from Walter Joseph Hickel, in particular, from his book ‘Living with Wolves’

  • “If you can dream it, you can do it.”

These words were spoken by Tom Fitzgerald, A Disney Imagineer, who wrote it for the Horizons attraction at Epcot. It appears that it was wrongly attributed to Walt Disney in the ‘Science of Imagineering’ film which may explain why it is often misattributed to Disney.
